Massive actions for WooCommerce products
» Apply “Reset and Send to Trash”
If a WooCommerce product is linked to a Mercado Libre publication, sending that product to the store’s trash will not remove that link. So it will be linked from the trash, which can cause general synchronization problems with that product. For this reason, it is advisable to reset the connection and then send it to the trash with this action.
» Apply “Offline” and “Online”
By default, a WooCommerce product is available to be synchronized from WooCommerce to Mercado Libre “online”. If you want to omit the synchronization of one or several specific products temporarily or permanently, you can select the “offline” status. This way, it is omitted in synchronizations.
» Apply “Synchronization from WooCommerce to Mercado Libre” and “Synchronization from Mercado Libre to WooCommerce”
This feature represents the listing synchronizations and is used to be able to synchronize several products from the store’s product listing. A maximum of fifty (50) products at the same time is recommended for the performance of your WooCommerce store. There is also a procedure that allows you to “re-synchronize the images“. Basically, it is the same process, only the images are forcefully replaced. It is mostly used when there are synchronization errors in the images.
» Apply “Activate”, “Pause”, “Finish”, “Republish” and “Delete” on Mercado Libre
This feature is used to directly change the status of the publications on Mercado Libre of the related WooCommerce products. It is important that the WooCommerce product is connected with a publication on Mercado Libre. It only applies to synchronizations from WooCommerce to Mercado Libre and can be used if you want to pause publications on Mercado Libre massively.
» Remove Shipping Dimensions
When you synchronize from Mercado Libre to WooCommerce and the option to bring the dimensions of the publications is active, those dimensions and weights are taken by default from Mercado Libre’s categories, as they have it configured. If the product has its dimensions set directly (which is very unusual) priority is given to that information. With this feature, you can remove all the data from the shipping dimensions.
» Remove all Woomelly data from the product
With this feature, the individual product settings are deleted so that they are left with the connection template configuration. Mostly, it is used after a synchronization from Mercado Libre to WooCommerce and you want more control over the information using the connection templates, since by default the data is set directly on the products.
» Apply “Unlink”
By unlinking a WooCommerce product, only the Mercado Libre publication code, as well as its internal identifiers, are deleted. However, the rest of the configuration remains intact. This is to re-synchronize that same WooCommerce product to Mercado Libre without having to set additional data.
» Apply “Reset”
With this feature, you can reset WooCommerce products with Mercado Libre. That is, when resetting a WooCommerce product, it loses all the configuration related to Mercado Libre.
» Apply “Automatic Categorization”
This feature allows you to create a connection template automatically assigned to a Mercado Libre category, taking into consideration the title of the WooCommerce product. The categorization is by Mercado Libre, but it still has limitations since it depends on how specific your titles are with all the categories existing on Mercado Libre.
In addition, in the product listing, you can find some Woomelly filters where you can filter products by the type of action you select. WMtags Allows you to filter products that have a tag with a specific Mercado Libre feature. WMstates Allows you to filter products by a Mercado Libre state they have assigned. WMcodes Allows you to search for a product associated with a publication or variation code from Mercado Libre.

» Synchronize with Mercado Libre
This option allows you to update the WooCommerce order data with Mercado Libre’s.
» Print Shipping Guides (Mercado Envios)
If you have several orders that work with Mercado Shipping and you want to obtain a single PDF document with all the guides, you can use this option. It is important to note that the maximum is fifty (50) orders at the same time.
» Apply “Offline” and “Online”
By default, a WooCommerce order is available to be synchronized from WooCommerce to Mercado Libre “online”. If you want to omit the synchronization of one or several specific orders temporarily or permanently, you can select the “offline” status. This way, they are omitted in each order update.
» Apply “Reset”
This feature allows you to remove the connection that said WooCommerce order has with a Mercado Libre order.
