Here you will have the ability to manually import orders from Mercado Libre to the WooCommerce store. Also, the questions and ratings from Mercado Libre to the WooCommerce store if you have that active module.
» Import recent orders
This functionality examines the last fifty (50) recent orders from Mercado Libre at this moment and replicates them in WooCommerce. It’s important to highlight that if the orders have not been created in WooCommerce yet, they will be created automatically. If they already exist, they will be evaluated to determine if there have been any recent changes and updated accordingly.

This functionality examines the last fifty (50) recent questions from Mercado Libre at this moment and replicates them in WooCommerce. » Import order and rating history
This functionality allows you to replicate the seller’s order and rating history over a span of up to 1 year (due to Mercado Libre API limitations). If you want to obtain the history of one or several specific publications, you only need to set the IDs separated by commas. Currently, this functionality is active to replicate customer opinions on products (blue stars), but it is still in BETA phase. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to use this feature.
Buyer Blocking: Questions and Orders
This module allows you to manage the blocking (and unblocking) of Mercado Libre buyers so they cannot ask questions on publications or even buy from any of the active publications. It is very useful if you have a blacklist of buyers to whom you do not wish to sell for whatever reasons you deem necessary. You only need to know the ID or nickname of the buyer to block them. Publication Data
This option allows you to obtain important data from publications, especially variations. It is very useful if you need to reconnect WooCommerce products with existing Mercado Libre publications.

One of the most popular processes is the activation or deactivation of Mercado Libre’s vacation mode, which automatically pauses all active publications on your account.

» Export data from Mercado Envíos Venezuela (weights) 🇻🇪
This functionality only applies to Mercado Libre Venezuela 🇻🇪 and allows you to download an Excel file in .csv format that contains Mercado Libre publications along with the weight stored in WooCommerce. This will allow you to massively load the weight of the publications on the Mercado Envíos Venezuela page. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Download the file (.csv) with Woomelly data from Tools » Advanced Processes (weights to import into Mercado Envíos Venezuela). You only need to click the download button.
2. Once you have downloaded the file, create an Excel workbook (save the file as an Excel workbook and not in .csv format). It is important to ensure that the column names remain in the downloaded format. If the document is affected by accents and does not display correctly, you will have to make the changes manually.
